NWSA practical exams are conducted in a real-world environment using an actual tower and associated materials. The TTT-1 exam is intended to replicate actual work activities done by technicians.

Each candidate will have 2 hours to complete the practical exam. During the exam the candidate will be evaluated for performance and adherence to safety rules and best workplace practices.

NWSA TTT-1 Practical Exam Main Tasks:

• Assemble an antenna mount on the ground

• Prepare to work at height and climb into position to work

• Mount antenna to the tower

• Install jumper connection from antenna to a feed line connection

• Perform a weather proofing exercise

• Tie three common knots

Exam Language: Spanish and English

Exam Includes: All testing materials and tools. Snacks and refreshments will be available

Candidate Must Bring: Own PPE and Climbing Gear
